ABOUT

ME

NICE TO MEET YOU,

I’m Beth Lee

But before I was anyone's practitioner, I was the woman in the waiting room.

I'm a clinical naturopath with a special interest in endometriosis, chronic pelvic pain, and the nervous system patterns that keep chronic pain cycling long after a scan comes back “normal.

The Journey so far

For the past decade, I have been on a self-healing journey, navigating the throes of mysterious chronic pain. The pain started slowly: cramps that would leave me in tears, fatigue that felt like I was moving through mud, and strange sensations I couldn’t explain.

Eventually, it became impossible to ignore. The following years were filled with appointments, tests, and dead ends. By my early 20s, I was in and out of doctors’ offices, trialling medications that didn’t help, and being passed from specialist to specialist.

‍ ‍

By 27, I had four diagnoses: vulvodynia, interstitial cystitis, central pain syndrome, stage 4 endo and zero solutions. The system taught me to cope, not to heal. So I found another way.

I stopped searching for someone else to fix me and started learning how to support myself. I studied nutrition and herbal medicine, got curious about nervous system regulation, and began rebuilding trust with my body piece by piece.

It wasn’t linear. It still isn’t. But along the way, I stopped seeing pain as the enemy.

I started seeing it as a signal, a call back to myself.

Now, I support others navigating endometriosis and chronic pelvic pain to understand their symptoms, rebuild that same trust, and explore healing in a way that feels human, not clinical.

Healing isn’t about going back to who you were before the pain.

It’s about becoming who you were always meant to be.

How I work now

I take what I've learnt clinically and personally and use it to help other women make sense of their pain and move differently through it.

My approach is:

  • Root-cause and whole-person. We look at the drivers beneath the symptoms: hormones, gut, immune load, inflammation, and nervous system patterns. Not just what hurts — why.

  • Nervous system-informed. Because the body has to feel safe before it can heal. Calming the system isn't soft work; it's a clinical priority for chronic pain.

  • Evidence-based and practical. Nutrition, herbal medicine, pathology interpretation, and lifestyle strategies you can actually live with.

  • Complementary, not combative. I work alongside your GP, gynaecologist and specialists, never as a replacement for medical care.

What I don't do: quick fixes, symptom suppression without context, or “just meditate it away".

Chronic pain deserves a plan that takes it seriously.

Outside the clinic

When I'm not in consultation, I host the Pain Alchemy Podcast, where I unpack chronic pain through science, nervous system wisdom, and lived experience.

I'm also a fiery Aries sun and Leo rising, a long-form reader, and the kind of naturopath who'll happily talk to you about pathology results and somatic practices in the same breath. The clinical and the soulful have never felt separate to me, and they don't have to be for you either.
