The journey so far

Before chronic pain rerouted my life, I was 19 and a budding makeup artist immersed in nightlife, defining success by appearances rather than well-being.

My journey shifted as persistent pain deconstructed my identity. I was in and out of the hospital, going to specialist after specialist, undergoing endless tests, and trying different medications while all my friends were enjoying their wild 20s. I felt robbed—my life no longer felt like mine. Resentment took root, and as it grew, so did the pain.

Over the next decade, symptoms intensified; debilitating cramps, full-body pain, and fatigue became my daily reality. By my mid-20s, I was diagnosed with central pain syndrome and later, in my late 20s, stage 4 endometriosis.

For years I tried finding answers in Western medicine, often feeling dismissed and misunderstood. Finally, I reclaimed my health journey, diving into nutrition, stress management, and herbal medicine studies. Over time, resentment transformed into gratitude, as pain became my greatest teacher. The lessons pain taught me—about patience, resilience, and the innate intelligence of my body—have brought me here today.

Through this journey, I realised just how deeply pain is misunderstood. Health issues are often reduced to single organs, overlooking the intricate connection between our mind, body and emotions. My mission is now to guide people through pain, helping them decode their body language, reconnect with themselves.
