“Working with Beth has been a most incredibly expansive experience for me. I came to a deeper awareness of how my experiences of chronic illness are so intertwined with my emotional and spiritual experiences. There are a few mentors and experiences in my life that I view as central to my journey; this mentorship and Beth fall in that category for me.”

“Beth has supported me through such a precious journey of self-reflection and self-discovery, holding space for me to deeply come home to myself, turn my awareness inward, and seek to understand who I am and what I need to bring my attention towards to heal. It’s thanks to Beth that I now have a hugely different, more positive relationship with my chronic pain. Having guided and supported me throughout my journey toward self-acceptance and self-love, I now make time for myself and have noticed a huge shift in what my inner critic voices and how I approach my pain.”

This Work Is Deep. It’s Not for Everyone.

Pain Alchemy is an intimate container. I work closely with you for 8 weeks, not just on your symptoms, but on the emotional and energetic layers beneath them. Because of the depth of this work, I don’t accept everyone who applies. This isn’t about being exclusive; it’s about protecting the integrity of the space. I want you to feel safe, supported, and ready. And I want to feel the same.

I work best with women who:

Are you emotionally ready to look beneath the surface

Feel drawn to nervous system, mind-body, and energetic healing

Understand that healing is non-linear and takes devotion

Are you craving transformation more than just temporary relief

Want to be seen, not fixed

This might not be the right fit if:

You're seeking a quick fix or purely physical approach

You're not open to exploring the emotional roots of pain

You’re currently in crisis or need crisis-level care (I can refer you)
