About Your Host: Beth Lee, Naturopath

After years of struggling with chronic pelvic pain, central pain syndrome, and vulvodynia, I took my healing into my own hands. Through naturopathic medicine, somatic healing, and nervous system work, I found a way to release pain and reconnect with my body.

Now, as a naturopath specialising in chronic pain, I aim to help others break free from pain and reclaim their lives.

This workshop culminates years of research, personal experience, and holistic healing techniques.

I can’t wait to share it with you.
