Your Chronic Pain

Naturopath

Healing rooted in depth, fire and truth

Hi, I’m Beth. Chronic Pain Coach, Student Naturopath and Ex-endo girlie.

For years, I lived in survival mode, trying to make sense of a body that didn’t feel safe, searching for answers that never came, and feeling dismissed more times than I can count. That lived experience shaped the way I support others now.

I know how lonely and overwhelming this road can be. But I also know that healing is possible.

Together, we’ll explore your pain through a holistic lens that honours the nervous system, hormones, emotions, and the deep mind-body connection. This isn’t about quick fixes. It’s about slowing down, listening in, and learning to work with your body, not against it.

Whether you’re just beginning this journey or feel like you’ve tried it all, I’m here to walk beside you, with education, nervous system support, and naturopathic tools that see the whole of you, not just your symptoms. Because true healing reaches beyond the physical, it’s mental, emotional and spiritual.

If you're ready to stop fighting your body and start understanding it, I’d be honoured to walk this path with you.

I’ve lived this. I’ve studied this. I’ll hold space for your pain and lovingly challenge what’s keeping you in it.

MORE ABOUT ME →

After years of being dismissed, misdiagnosed, and disconnected from my body, I finally stopped waiting for someone to save me and learned how to support myself from the inside out. Now, I help other women do the same through nervous system work, emotional healing, and grounded, reflective support.

This guide has been a true labour of love.

I began writing it in 2021, not knowing how much it would evolve alongside me.

Shaped by my lived experience, challenged by pain, and deepened through my naturopathic studies, Pelvic Pain: The Language of the Body became more than a workbook. It became a healing experience in itself.

I hope that it offers you the same: a chance to understand your body more deeply, meet your pain with compassion, and begin your own self-healing journey, one page at a time.
